Just purchased a "non running" bobcat pretty cheap from an auction. It will idle but it's rough. Not throwing any codes that I see yet but I do have the video below. Was told it has fuel system issues which I know is common with these. Hoping it’s just a pinched/plugged line, fuel filter or maybe plugged injectors. Machine has 3700 hours on it. Won’t go above an idle.
YouTube video of it running.
What do you all think is wrong with it?
Thanks

How does the axle come out of the housing? Just tap out with a hammer, or is there some trick to it? Thanks in advance for the help.

I have a Bobcat at 453 with a leak from the left rear axle that I am trying to diagnose.
I have attached a picture with a red arrow pointing to where the leak is. Is coming from where the axle housing on the chain case meets the body of the machine.
The engine compartment and compartment underneath the seat are completely dry. The leak only occurs when the machine is running and I'm pretty sure it is hydrostatic fluid.
I've looked for schematics online and it's a little bit of a mystery to me what is inside that compartment above the axle housing on the chain case.
Has anyone ever...

Bobcat S595 manual controls has lost its ability to tilt the bucket back. Unhooked the pedal linkage to make sure spool was cycling through full motion, it is. No leaks, no codes. Lock out solenoids are functioning properly. Replaced the auxiliary valve and cartridge, no change. When you hit push the pedal either direction, you can hear the hydraulics cycle as if it were bypassing but it never “relieves” like it normally does when you max out the cylinders. Arm goes up and for like normal.

I had the aux spool end cap and springs off of the front of the control valve while the engine was running. I could move the rod back and forth and it would bog down a little, the spool moves freely. I could move the toggle switchside to side it would try to push the spool but I could hold it with my thumb, oil would come out of the front. Seems like everything is working, but it won't move the spool

We have a S630 with foot pedals. The joy sticks are only for steering and aux hydraulic. Can this auxiliary hydraulic controller be reprogrammed???
The issue is the Left Joy center R button is activating pin D on the 14pin connector, but the L button activates both C & D. The switches are working fine (one for one) but the aux controller is driving both output when selecting left. I've used a spare controller and it acts the same. None of this coincides with the service manual.
thanks

Hi all,
Thankyou for letting me join the community!
I've got a 2002 S250 with standard hand/foot controls. I keep having a couple issues with the aux hydraulics. Once in a while the aux system will shut down, like it would if you lifted the seat bar. More frequently, they will randomly activate without touching the paddle switch. Occasionally when I start it the "general warning" light is on, and the aux hydraulics won't work, and code 12-23 comes up. If I mess with the switch/control stick and cycle the key, usually it will eventually work. Other times it acts normal.
I suspect an issue...

I have a bobcat 310 that is having a low speed clutch issue. Hi speed works just fine. I have traced all the wires to ensure they are properly grounded. On start up clutch is engaged but weak, hydraullics work just fine. When I go to move it forward or back its moves slowly for a moment then stops and makes a weird noise. If i attempt to turn side to side it makes the same noise (reference video). Either scenario it stops moving all together. If i push the hi speed button skidloader works just fine in hi. Looking for any suggestions as I can't figure it out. Clutch resistance test...
