We have a S630 with foot pedals. The joy sticks are only for steering and aux hydraulic. Can this auxiliary hydraulic controller be reprogrammed???

The issue is the Left Joy center R button is activating pin D on the 14pin connector, but the L button activates both C & D. The switches are working fine (one for one) but the aux controller is driving both output when selecting left. I've used a spare controller and it acts the same. None of this coincides with the service manual.

thanks

Here is an example on how to add additional aux function with a remote on a S630 7pin hand foot control for a Halverson HWB150 wood processor. We have two skid steers using the HWB150 with the AUX=adjustable wedge. The 1st has no joystick switches so we use the Halverson 6 switch main cab harness. The 2nd is Bobcat, which does not properly activate the 6 switch/function as needed for the HWB150 wood processor. This 6th function-AUX, fires a relay which energizes a diverter solenoid. When active, the Grab Up/Down function move the adjustable wedge height. On this version of Bobcat, the 6th switch will reverse the hydraulic flow and or not fire the pin that drive the relay.

This can easily be corrected by adding a remote controller inside the wood processor but using the two different machine makes it a little more difficult. This modification piggyback the remote controller onto the diverter relay, preserving the original wiring to be used with the Halverson 6 switch main cab harness and able to use the Bobcat switch with the AUX function working with the remote.

I also forgot to mention I had to replace the original Halverson relay as it was mounted upside down and filled with water. The replacement relay was 5 pins with a NO and NC where the original was a 4 pin
