    LX565 Dashboard Retrofit

Here is a link to my website where I sell the conversion. Its not cheap, but its basically plug and play and with the cost of dashes nothing is cheap anymore. I havent been on this site for a while but will try to pop in incase anyone has questions...

    LX885 pedle adjustment.................

There isn't any way to adjust the height, only the angle of them. There should be a bolt on the side of the peddle. Loosen the bolt and you can shift the angle of the peddle, and retighten the bolt. However, I would be very surprised if you are able to loosen the bolt without breaking it...

    NH Ignition interlock relay

If you google NEW HOLLAND START INTERLOCK RELAY you will find a couple aftermarket sources. There has been discussion as to if the aftermarket ones last as long as the OEM ones. I use aftermarket without any problem.

    LX565

An engine conversion on these machines isn't near as easy as it sounds. The engine compartment is rather small, and the bellhousing/pump coupler must fit up exactly or you will have a lot of problems. I would strongly recommend finding a replacement engine as opposed to a conversion.

    LX865 Help

I am about 1.5 hr south of you. Look for a company that repairs farm, construction or logging equipment. Any of those guys should be able to fix the pins and bushings. If you don't know anybody, stop in at a local used equipment dealer. They should be able to point you in the right direction.

2006 L185 excessive lateraal boom movement

I don't know that there is one set of pins/bushings in the boom that creates the problem, rather wear in all the boom pivots that allows the boom to move around. The boom and boom linkage all have replaceable bushings in the pivots. The bushings are not expensive, but getting the tapered pins...

Flexplate - Fluid here?? need some help

I hope you got it cheap! I assume there is a hole in the block? Your going to be at about $1,000 for a block, if you can find one. Rebuild kit is a about $650. Through in some machining bills for the crank and you will be at about 2k min plus labor...That's assuming the turbo is good and the...

"Should I stay or should I go"?

I would think Ceresville New Holland in Frederick MD would be able to figure it out. They do a lot of ag work. I know an independent shop up here in Lancaster county pa that I know would fix you up. They are very busy so you would have to wait 2 weeks, but he only charges $40/hr. They have don't...

"Should I stay or should I go"?

You really need to get your machine to a GOOD mechanic that can go over the machine for you. Where are you located? Any good independent shops? There are many things that could be going on. If I remember correctly this engine doesn't have glow plugs. It has a heater that heats the incoming...

    NH L180 light relay location

I think I got it. Corrosion in the main feed to the far right fuse block in the engine compartment. Terminal didn't look that bad, but both fuse and terminal had a layer of corrosion on them. All electrical functions on the machine should have been affected but for some reason only the lights...

LT185.b compact track loader safety malfunctions?

Put the boom down on the ground. Engine off. Remove cover between your legs to expose hydraulic valve. Look at the valve and find the two electric solenoids. Each will have two wires coming off it. Unbolt the solenoid, should take about a 1" wrench to spin solenoid out. Solenoid should be spring...

I had checked both those diodes when I first started this ordeal, but I will check them again since symptoms have changed...

    NH L180 light relay location

I agree with you after studying the schematic this afternoon. The dash using the wire for the override circuit is the only way to get current to the fuel solenoid. It would be nice if NH explained that they use the dash computer to do that. Saves some guess work.. I did some work today. -Cleaned...
