Hi I need some help. My brother bought a Mustang 1700 with the Ford V-4 engine. It was bad, so he rebuilt it. Did a good job and runs good. The question I have, is that he forgot which way the carburetor leans. It has the velocity govenor with a wedge between the carburetor and govenor. Seems to run good mounted both ways, but with a float, I cannot understand. Is there a correct way for the carburetor to be? Thanks for any help
