Hi there, I'm trying to find the horsepower rating for my '97 Lx565. As well, when did they stop making this model, and what would be the comprable model made after the LS170? My right lever for the attachment release is in the up position and impossible to get down. Do I have to rip everything apart like a madman or is there a simple trick that will get it moving again? There are no obstructions on the pin, had a tough time getting it up in the first place. Thanks Mike

The 565's were a 40 hp New Holland diesel made from 1994 to 1999. I believe the L170 is the current version in the 1700# class, basically the same as the LS. I'd make sure nothing is binding or bent, then look at getting the bushings for the levers cleaned up good and greased.

I just reread your post and I think I answered wrong. There is no 1500# class machine like the 565. A L150 is smaller at 1350# and a 160 is 1600#.

Thanks for the info. Checked the levers and everything looked straight so I pulled out the sledge and got her moving. Few smack up and down and she's moving like a charm. Mike
