how does one adjust steering lever controls on a case 1835b

have a slight bit of creep that i have let slide b/c all i do is tap the one lever and it stops. Think all i need is to adjust steering lever controls. How is this done? thanks

As in you tap it and it holds centre? It could be as simple as youre spring may not be tight enough to pull the sticks back far enough.
