Hey guys after letting my 863g set for almost 5 yr.'s I have had to rebuild a lot of items . ne of the first things happened to be eng not shutting off after hitting the stop icon at the pad . then a few days ago while running I could smell what I knew to be wire burning . had lots to do before the boss got home so I kept it running . long short, it shut down , after checking where the burning smell was coming from , I found that the plug that hooked to the fuel shot off solenoid had shorted out , to the point I had to force them apart . I'm going to take for granted that most of you know the rest of the story . After replacing the solenoid along with the new pigtail . also in the fuse block the 30 amp fuse was bad . after all of that! I still have no power to the solenoid . Eng cranks great but no fuel, take out solenoid starts right up . relay is fine fuse good . what I'm I missing ? thanks for all help .
