Flip back the ROPs on the left side of skid on the side of chain case there is a plate with two 1/2" bolts with jam nuts this is what you use to adjust tracking.

You should be using ATF for your hydraulic oil.

Wiring harness is probably rubbed through. Check the wiring harness.

15w40 engine oil or the same oil you are using for hydraulic oil.

On the main control valve look and see if the wires are melted or connector melted on the spool lock for the Aux.

How long will it work well until it starts to lock up? Will just one side lock up or both

Is the oil level at the right level may want to check. When I see oil pushing out of the breather like you say it is doing sounds to me like the oil level is to high. Aren't the chain case and hydrulic oil in seperate reservoirs. Maybe there is a crack where the two meet making the oil higher...

Better check your model number again. They never made a 600 skid loader. Also Gehl never used a single cylinder Deutz engine in less someone repowered it. Better double check this skid loader out.

If I remember right overall operation height fully raised is 136" and height to hinge pin fully raised is around 114".

No aftermarket that I know of best to get it from a Gehl dealer not the bad in price.

If that nut is already tight you don't want it tighter. You could have broken the two key ways in the axle where the sprocket goes on. To me it sounds like you have bad wheel bearings if the axle is flopping around. To get the nut to break loose you may have to use a 3/4" drive breaker bar with...
