I am unfamiliar with the solenoid or wiring harness you speak of, however, I would guess that the tag is there for a safety aspect. I can't imagine that unplugging the solenoid would cause any damage. My guess is that unplugging the solenoid could cause the lift arms could fall or the machine...
Do change the outer hub oil. I'm not sure if you have to remove the sprocket to gain access to the oil plug on a t190. Anyway, I highly doubt that changing the hub oil will help with your problem. All the oil does is lubricate the outer bearing in the drive motor. Without the oil, the motor will...
To change the outer hub oil (you called it a final drive) all you have to do is remove the oil plug. Then rotate the sprocket so the drain is at the bottom. Then rotate the hub 90 degrees and fill the hub. Re install the oil plug and you are done. The oil plug is located on the face of the hub...
Is anybody trying to actively sell more advertising? It seems like every other forum I go to has all sorts of advertising on it and there is very little here.
I took my blower motor to NAPA and they were able to match it up for way cheaper than Bobcat. However, Bobcatdan is right, it is tough to just replace the motor. It just takes time to line everything up. You can access to blower motor by lifting the cab and dropping the HVAC system from the back...
I have a T200 with about 2400 hours. I don't put many hours on it but it sure is nice to have. I also have a MT55 and even though it is small, I use it way more than my T200. The MT55 is by far the handiest piece of equipment I use for my business
^^^I agree with Tazza. I'm not sure of the business matters of this site but I do see some advertising on this site. What are the costs involved in running this site? Is there enough advertising revenue to pay the bills to keep the site up? If not, maybe there needs to be more advertising to...
I really don't worry about it. My T200 sits out on the job all winter and it has always started. The lowest temp I have tried to start it in is about 0-5 degrees F. While it is slow to start, it has always come to life. After I start it when it is cold. I let it idle for a about 1-2 minutes and...
I would say that if it is just 1 or 2 flakes I wouldn't worry about it. Have you changed the outer drive hub oil? You need to look closely at the oil that comes from the hubs. If it looks like metallic paint, you may have a problem.
Follow up: So I looked into the machine further and everything seems to be good. Motor mounts are good. all belts are tight. Cooling fan is fine. All fluids are good. Hydraulic filter was replaced about 100 hours ago. While I do not know what the charge pressure is, it seems fine. There are no...
