Hello new here. I have a 04 S250 with bad electrical problems. It's all in the relay/fuse panel. I'm looking to rebuild it by putting new terminals on relay/fuse wires. Was wondering if anyone has any input on what terminal names used for them so I can purchase the items. There is so many kinds of terminals out there. Any help is appreciated.

I have the same problems. I found that Speedway Motors has a fusebox repair kit I think will work. I just ordered it and will report back when I receive and install it

I'm dealing with it too, having a hard time dropping over $2100 for a new box/ harness. I've found a combination of Deutsch and Metri-pak connectors in my machine, and I'm sure the fuse panel uses Metri-pak. Haven't found the specific terminal number yet, but I will. P/N: BX2201-2

What I've found is the terminals for relays are special. The clip on back that's holds it in box has angled cuts where ones on net are square cut. So they won't clip in and hold.

Thank you Schemasservice, I ordered the the terminals from DigiKey and got the fuse box back together this weekend. Works just like a brand new old Bobcat again! Sure is nice to have everything working correctly! Thanks again!

I kept track of terminal positions with 3M ScotchCode numbered tape dispenser and pics. That tape dispenser is about $50 and well worth the money in my opinion.
