14-03 is Fuel Shut off Solenoid Related, check the wiring. If the wiring is good, you might wanna look for an replacement.

I've seen some videos on that, I dont see a pull hold solenoid like other models in videos. Nothing clicks or moves when I put the ignition on. I did find a 3 wire plug that drops to a 2 wire plug going to what looks like a solenoid on the top of the fuel block that I pulled and cleaned, was a little carboned up. It now starts everytime so I can't replicate the issue at the moment. Doubt I fixed it permanently. I hate intermittent issues.

That is your Fuel Shutoff Solenoid

Maybe cleaning up that crusty plug did fix my issue. Second day and started it a dozen times with no issue. Would that fuel shutoff solenoid cause this issue? Will keep you guys updated if anything changes and I have to dig deeper into this issue.

Yes, because if the Fuel Shutoff is closed your engine does not get any fuel--so NO start.
Possible that you pushed the connectors better together. You might wanna tug a little on both sides of the connector and see if there is a loose wire. They like to corrode and just hang with thread of the wire.
