Hello new here. I have a 04 S250 with bad electrical problems. It’s all in the relay/fuse panel. I’m looking to rebuild it by putting new terminals on relay/fuse wires. Was wondering if anyone has any input on what terminal names used for them so I can purchase the items. There is so many kinds of terminals out there. Any help is appreciated.

I have the same problems. I found that Speedway Motors has a fusebox repair kit I think will work. I just ordered it and will report back when I receive and install it

I'm dealing with it too, having a hard time dropping over $2100 for a new box/ harness. I've found a combination of Deutsch and Metri-pak connectors in my machine, and I'm sure the fuse panel uses Metri-pak. Haven't found the specific terminal number yet, but I will. P/N: BX2201-2

What I’ve found is the terminals for relays are special. The clip on back that’s holds it in box has angled cuts where ones on net are square cut. So they won’t clip in and hold.

Thank you Schemasservice, I ordered the the terminals from DigiKey and got the fuse box back together this weekend. Works just like a brand new old Bobcat again! Sure is nice to have everything working correctly! Thanks again!

I kept track of terminal positions with 3M ScotchCode numbered tape dispenser and pics. That tape dispenser is about $50 and well worth the money in my opinion.

Having the same issues with my “2004” S250. Amazon sells the entire cab wiring harness that includes and starts with a new fuse box and continues up into the accessories in between the two panels Weather it’s a key operated or the keyless entry computer LCD screen & everything in between over to the left panel with the press to operate etc. and continues down under operators seat area were most of the larger 16 pin plugs are located continuing back to the rear of the engine to the starter and other wired components. It’s sells on Amazon for high $300.00 up into the low $400.00 range if you have the delux model. The factory bobcat harness that the Bobcat dealerships carry are over $2000.00. Depending on the severity of the wiring issues you can also look into several aftermarket plug assemblies. My problem is the lack of knowledge I have in that area and we’re I’m from in Massachuttes good luck finding a reputable certified bobcat mechanic. I sent mine to some joker who charged me over $4000.00 and ever since I’ve gotten it back it’s been never ending electrical issues. Blame bobcat for the horrible design due to the water leakage coming into the cab and rotting everything away. The metal pan that my seat bolts onto has almost disintegrated and so has the metal plates that the joy sticks come out of and the plate were the fuse panel is located. The bobcat dealership just tells me I need to have a new ROPES enclosure installed which would cost a fortune I’m sure. I own a “1998” John Deere 7775 that has absolutely no rot or destroyed wiring harnesses. Yes bobcat may have addresses the issue now but it took them over 50 years to achieve that problem that when you think about it doesn’t take a brain surgeon to figure out we’re and why the water continued to enter the same areas for over 50 years! Now they are trying to sell us on 100% electric bobcats! Now they thanks, I’ll never buy another bobcat again in my life. They just want to sell you the most expensive options to repair something that if you purchased aftermarket bobcat parts and have a reputable mechanic you will cut your costs down to at least 60-70% of what bobcats only options would be. Bottom line is they just want to sell you a new machine.
Good luck and sorry for the rant. Been dealing with this crap for way too long now.
