removing back door

I am getting ready to repaint my machine(463) but i cant seem to get the pins off that the rear door hinges on. what am i doing wrong and is there an easier way.

My service manual for a 453 just says take some weight off the door with lifting straps and drive the hinge pins out. Your pins are most likely just rusted in place. Since your going to repaint, penetrating oil and a little heat from a torch should loosen them up.
