Working on an old Bobcat 632 with the 4 cylinder Ford gas engine, when the engine running engine oil was pouring out of a breather hose at the valve cover, another tech rigged up an external sump with hoses and oil runs from the engine into the sump and back to the engine to try and slow the oil coming out at the top of the engine, it's like something is plugged internally and the oil doesn't drain back quick enough.. while loading on a trailer and the skid steer being on a heavy angle the oil didn't drain back enough and started to get into the muffler heavily and thick smoke billowed out until it was levelled and ran a bit to clear out, machine runs and drives great otherwise… any ideas out there or has anyone came across this before? Thanks

did someone do a head gasket, not sure your motor but I have seen headgaskets with areas you remove a tab on different models, also pull the valve cover and see if its caked up with slime

there is under the valve cover holes in the head to drain oil back to the block , they could be plugged up with sludge. If that is the case after a cleaning of that area, hi detergent oil and frequent oil changes (maybe at every 100 hours)are in order if other wise the engine is in good running order. also check your pcv for vacuum .
