My 328D crank but won't start

My 328D used in ceramic plant and working everyday average 10 hours/day. after working 4 hours skid loader has to run off cause of changing operator. and then engine crank and cannot start. I have twice problem with engine crank. can you give me suggest about this problem

Is there smoke?
Could the system have lost prime? if it does, it will crank but won't start. You will need to bleed the system..
Your fuel pickup tube may have broken off or gotten plugged.

No smoke, it seems like no compression. when i check in the combustion chamber, oil are flooded. pls advice

I wonder if its possible the timing belt is broken. I don't know if it runs a belt, chain or gears.
Is it oil or diesel in the combustion chamber? If it doesn't fire up, its normal for it to have built up diesel fuel in there as it was not burning off.
Do you have access to a diesel compression tester?
