Just sayin,
If a guy had no dip stick, it would be a quick easy way to have one if he could not come up with OEM.
Red was funny and smart!

Quando omni flunkus moritoti!

I'm well versed in Red Green!

I'm just confused on the relevance... I didn't see the connection, unless the comment was "no, I want the real thing, not a red-neck solution."

Thankfully, my wife finds me both handy, AND handsome!

Yes, Red-Green does attract a particular demographic, particularly opossum worshipers. So in the case of the dipstick, it would seem to bring more personal satisfaction in successfully plagiarizing an OEM part than to apply a slack-jawed duct- taped type of replacement. I mean, how much could three feet of 5/16" x 1/8" steel flat bar cost?
