Hello, I was wondering whether anyone has ever saw a skid steer being hauled on a stake body dump and if so how were the ramps made to get it on the truck. Thinking of buying a F700 stake body dump when I go to an auction but just needed a way to get a skid up on it. This way I could eliminate the trailer saving time, space and $$$. The truck bed is standard height of a stake body F700 so the bed may have to be tilted for something to work. Nephew is a steel fabricator so I have someone to make it just need the idea on how to make it safe and strong. Thanks, Joe

I saw that one before but I'm just a bit to skitish to try that one! Thanks for the reply though!

That can't be good for the engine oil pump...
I've put my 8875 in the bed of my C-60 stake bed dump before with just a set of 4' trailer ramps by raising the bed about 18". Its kind of a hair raising experience and I prefer to have a bucket full of something to help hold its nose down. I won't load it backwards because the weight breaks over too fast and the bed tries to rare on up. I MUCH prefer to load onto my gooseneck over putting the machine in the bed of the truck. John
