Need short axle for a 7753 Bobcat

I have a early production number (76) of a 7753 bobcat. My right rear axle broke and I am having a hard time finding one new or used. Bobcat's parts catalog has part # 6569465 is the right axle for my serial # 509611076. My axle as shaft length of 20.25" 6569465 axle has a shaft of 23.25" Parts guy from Atlanta bobcat has gone back to bobcat and they have no knowledge are part # for the short axle. They said that 6569465 fits all 7753 with serial # 509611001 and up but they did find a schematic that fits my short axle. If anyone has any information or where I might find one I would really appreciation it.

That's a new one on me.
I would try to find a good used one, any length, and take it to a machine shop and have them cut it down and re-spline it.
