There is a lot to type to explain how I got to where I'm at. The short of it is that I now have the seal kit that is supposed to be the one to rebuild HCV but the seals don't match (I am familiar with getting unnecessary seals from rebuilding Lift & tilt cylinders). If someone is willing to take a phone call it would be very much appreciated. Below is the link of a previous post of where I started with this issue.
