engine pre-heat count down works ok.sometimes after first start up,the hyrolics work,letting me lift and tilt the bucket,then when i start to move the machine,error code comes up,warning sound chimes,hydrolics lock up and the fight begins to get them to work again.

It sounds like you have a loose connection in your safety interlock system. lift your seat and check all wires to your seat switches and seat belt switch. also check wire to your solenoids on your hydraulic control block. Maybe someone ele will have a better location of fault. Mike
