[97 high hopes]

When I turn the key to run not all of the lights on the EIM light up, from what I understand all but the second oil pressure light are supposed to light up to check the bulbs. I did check all bulbs and they are good. Any ideas? Also the Tranny oil temp guage always reads COLD. I assume the wire from the sensor has come loose, any ideas on where the sensor might be located??

Download the NH Ls 160 manual I have in the NH section, then trouble shoot the the dash, the sensors may be in a different location on your model but the dash is the same.

How hard have you worked the machine? The hydraulic temperature will read COLD till the oil reaches approximately 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The sending unit is on the bottom of the hydraulic tank. If you flip the seat up so you can crawl head first into the machine under the LH servo pump as you are laying there you should be able to see it right below the big suction fitting on that pump.
