2018 Caterpillar 299d code 3361-5
Seems to be running fine so far but I haven't used it with the code on Any help on how to clear this code would be appreciated, thank you.

Just an update for everyone. The problem was the Line came loose on the def injector.
Plug it back in and it's work in perfect..
