HI I have the 14-c it has a plate that the seat sits on 4 or 6 bolts it lift off giving you access to the top of hydraulics & all hoses if yours dosn' t have this plate than every thing comes out the back of the machine. I hope this is of some help

Hi Tom I think that model was made by hydra-mac & they put ATF in there's. there are breather's on the top of each gear box take them out with I think a 9/16 wrench & a dipstick will be attached.but someone may ahve changed it to sae30 or tractor trans fluid. Good luck.

Hi I have 14-c and my manual calls for automatic transmission fluid (dextron) check the color befour you add any. I changed mine over to a tractor hyd trans. fluid from tractor supply. TOM

It takes speical tools & you would have a hard time getting parts check with pump rebuilder before you take it off I am not familiar with your engine some have timing marks you should line up before removing.

this is a all gear drive unit it could have water in the gear box and freeze the gears up.I dont know where you are located but there is a place in Iowa called Hackert sales. parts & service. web hackertsales.com

I have an old hyda-mac 14-c. I used a multiservice tractor hydralic oil from the local farm store in my gear boxes.
