Why bother when cost from Dealer is about $2 ?

I think you should give a dealer a look at it as they can get an exact picture of what is happening through their diagnostic tool.Once hooked up they can visually see what the actuator is doing. good luck

You could overcome this problem by moving your floor mounted park brake to up on your dash. It is only a switch and all newer machines have it up on the dash anyway. That way you can reach around and switch the brake on and off (as long as the seatbar is down)

If your machine has no foot controls then it is a SJC machine and 32-40 is a RH joystick problem. You may need to replace the RH joystick.

Seeing that it has only done 100 hrs it is possible that your machine has a hydraulicly operated fan.The noise you may be hearing is the fan cutting in when the temp is rising ? my 2c worth !
