    (Help) Need 763G wiring diagrams

I have a 763 which had the control unit go up in smoke. I found no obvious damage to any of the wiring and whatever happened did so while it has been sitting for the last month or so. I worked the loader for a solid 20 hours just before parking it with no issues at all. ANyhow, I have got to use...

    flywheel 6562270

I have a nice blower wheel off a 642 that I am going to sell. I am doing a complete engine swap and I will not be using this fan. Let me know if you still need one. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1b7CK-6J2Awry8zs-sk-n5XtP1kGltXFn/view?usp=sharing

642 - how to remove splined coupler?

I finally got it off with a custom puller made just for this job. I had no idea this coupler and pump input shaft was tapered which explains why when it came off it came off with some force. I am going to need to convert this tapered shaft to a straight key way shaft as I am going to use a...

642 - how to remove splined coupler?

Yep, the bolt is there but loosened so the puller would push against it rather than the input shaft itself.

642 - how to remove splined coupler?

I have tried everything within reason and this thing is not budging even a little. I have tired heating it but not too hot in hopes of not destroying the pump seal, I have tried a chissel and big hammer and it does not budge, there is not enough room to get much of any kind of puller behind the...

    New Holland LS120

I picked up this fairly clean LS120 this past weekend and the old onan is going to need a little work. the loader has only about 600 hours on it but rather than trying to get the onan back in good working order I was going to just swap in a Kubota D722 which I happen to have on hand. The issue I...

Bobcat 763 hydraulic motor carrier bearing play?

Was trying to post a picture of the carrier to make sure everyone knows what I am talking about but it seems that is about impossible on here. The carrier that bolts directly to the hydraulic motor and has the chain drive sprockets on.

Bobcat 763 hydraulic motor carrier bearing play?

Is a little play normal for the hydraulic drive motor carrier? Both sides have a little play in them I guess may be normal being it is only supported by the one bearing.

V2203 di swap bobcat 763 what's involved is it worth it?

Well, I have made my choice to not swap out the front cover. I have also made modifications to the oil supply line that goes to the fuel pump cam to be out of the way of the motor mount. I am about to try to figure out how to put an oil fill cap on the valve cover and tomorrow I hope to swap oil...

V2203 di swap bobcat 763 what's involved is it worth it?

I just pulled a motor from a Carrier reefer unit and was going to swap it into my 763 as well. Do you have any pictures of your swap?

    Bobcat 600 Sheave questions

BTW, I have been running the loader without the variable speed hooked up. What I did was push the sheave in to where i could fit two large washers behind the snap ring. I may add one more washer just to see how the speed improves but i also want to still have some good torque. Two washers only...

    Bobcat 600 Sheave questions

Oh believe me, I had no idea what kind of gauge it was i removed as normally the only kind of gauge I have seen with a hard line would be oil pressure. One thing I did notice was that it was nice and dry in the line and that raised question but it also helped me come to the conclusion that it...
