Yep, the bolt is there but loosened so the puller would push against it rather than the input shaft itself.

Was trying to post a picture of the carrier to make sure everyone knows what I am talking about but it seems that is about impossible on here. The carrier that bolts directly to the hydraulic motor and has the chain drive sprockets on.

Is a little play normal for the hydraulic drive motor carrier? Both sides have a little play in them I guess may be normal being it is only supported by the one bearing.

BTW, I have been running the loader without the variable speed hooked up. What I did was push the sheave in to where i could fit two large washers behind the snap ring. I may add one more washer just to see how the speed improves but i also want to still have some good torque. Two washers only...
