Bobcat 763 hydraulic motor carrier bearing play?

Is a little play normal for the hydraulic drive motor carrier? Both sides have a little play in them I guess may be normal being it is only supported by the one bearing.

Was trying to post a picture of the carrier to make sure everyone knows what I am talking about but it seems that is about impossible on here. The carrier that bolts directly to the hydraulic motor and has the chain drive sprockets on.
