I never did get the system. The specific job I was going to buy them for change in the building design which didnt require a tracked machine. I still want them. I just dont have a job to justify the $16,000 price tag.

I have no experiance repairing these versahandlers but it sounds like the same thing that happens to a 463 Bobcat if the auxilary handle is locked in the on position. The engine will drag and it wont be able to start. Good luck.

Go with the S300. I dont think you will be sorry. I only have 100 hours on my machine but so far it has performed very well. I didnt notice much of a huge price difference between the S220, S250, and S300. They are all the same size, so it didnt make sense for us to get anything less than a S300.
