When i got mine it did not work because of lack of use the petal was rusted so it wouldent move. also thier was so much dirt around the valve, cleaning and lubing got mine working. john

all you can do is open it up, pressure wash and look for the leaks, can you flip the cab over ?that willl help. i would start with the lines and fittings first. if the leak is that bad you will see wheare it's coming from. good luck.

looking at the parts breakdown i see two lock solenoids on the loader valve, and i think one has a overide cable, try the overide.

i know on our 430 if the aux hydrulics is not in the center position and if you lift the safety bar the engine will stop. and the boom/bucket gets locked out if the jumper for the door is not connected. we just bought the 430 and have had some electrical issuses, and for the most part was all...

if you had a hand vacuum pump with a gauge you could connect it to the gauge and test.

The gauge is for hydrulic filter when it gets pluged you may never see it move.

one thing i was trying to get the headlights to come on, i think its the two buttons on the right console below the park brake button. when i push them the lights dont come on but the button lights up. when i have time i will check for power at the lights, wheare is the fuse panel located...

We just picked up a 430 for snow removal at the plant that i work at and it did not come with manuals. Looking for operators manual and service manual. Also can someone explain the buttons on the joysticks is one for high speed? Thanks john

We are looking at a 252B for snow plowing and the cat dealer has a 2 speed with 900 hours. It sound like we cannot plow in high speed?

it its a Deutsch connector it will have a part number on the side near wheare the wires go into the plug.

With the smaller machine 1825 i'm finding that i need smaller tools and smaller hands and arms. My second and the bad leak was what looked like the adapters on the loader valve i had to remove all the fittings because the one leaking was on the bottom. what i found was a steel line flare was bad...
