95xt loader arms

I have a 95xt, the problem is the arms will not go down .Everything else works fine. You can move the hyd. line from up to down. Then it won't go up. The valve spools move like it should.

looking at the parts breakdown i see two lock solenoids on the loader valve, and i think one has a overide cable, try the overide.

I tried the override and nothing. I disconnected the cable from the aux. power and made sure it was centered and nothing . I know you are not suppost to but I dead headed the port going to the cyls. and 0 psi. O and it is a brand new valve body dose the same thing. $4000
