We have been selling undercarriage parts here at Loader Parts Source Inc. for about a year and a half and no one has ever complained about any part of our undercarriage being inferior. It is the exact same thing that bobcat installs on their new machines.

With your serial number break, your charge relief setting is set at 230 psi. So for the most part your charge pressure should not be too much lower than that for your pump to work decent.

Look on the mounting ear or look for a tag and see if you can get us a part number. That might help, or if you can take some pictures.

You might be able to get it with a crows foot, or two and just pry on it. If you have a bearing puller, that might work too, if you can get it behind the sprocket.

Tight shaft is ok, that means that the bearings and everything are new and not warn any. As for case drain, I did not know you could hook it up in more than one place. So I am not sure on that answer.

Sounds like you have a bad shaft seal, and or bearing, and or face seals. Loader Parts Source is great at rebuilding these, you can see if they can do a repair instead of buying the whole remanufactured motor.
