T200 T250 Decals and Paint

Hey there im fixing up 2 bobcats a T250 and T200 i bought at a auction and i just ordered a new decal kit for both units from www.motodecals.com and thats looks great but i wanna paint it first they said they sell the epoxy paint for all bobcats but was out right then. anyone know where i can get some epoxy paint to match ? also does epoxy paint come in spray cans or is it like automotive paints sprayed with a gun ? thanks

Epoxy paint is a two part mix. You add a catalist to the paint that causes it to harden. It has to be sprayed in a spray gun. Mike

Two pack paint will harden without the catalyst but its there to make it harder.
Honestly, quality enamel will do just as good of a job. You can get it in a spray pack from the dealer and the colour is spot on. I don't know what the price will be, but i would suspect its better than two pack, that stuff is pricey and toxic! It has an awful smell.

Any place that mixes automotive paint will match your paint. I thought the dealer would be out of line on price.$45.00 a gallon.That was for a N/H .Too do two machines hand held spray cans would get expensive. There are hardeners that yo can add to enamel paint to make it harder. they are optional. I wouldnt use what is considered an epoxy paint without the catalist. They do stink Mike

I ordered decals for my T190 Turbo from www.motodecals.com. The order was not as described and they have not responded to 3 emails to correct the order. The decals are not the same as the originals - size is smaller and the "B" on Bocat is lower case "bobcat". Also the red strips were solid red without the word "Turbo". Paypal would not dispute the transaction because it was not through Ebay. So I am out $39.99 I post this so others can decide if they want to deal with this company.

Sorry to hear they did the wrong thing by you, thanks for letting us know though. At least we now know to be cautions if we we were to deal with them.
