Bobcat T200 Lever adjustment?

I have a 2001 T200 and the levers not only have some creep but because its trying to move at start I have to hold the levers with my legs to allow the machine to start. It seems like the levers needs to be adjusted, it does have a small amount of free play in them. Its the levers with joystick tops to move the bucket and boom. If anyone does service work in the New Orleans area please let me know.
