T590 lifts slow and drops when pedal partially pressed.

I bought a used t590. 2014 1400 hrs. The lift seems slow compared to my other t590 and when I have the pedal only partially lifting it will drop. Any idea of where to look. I tested the cylinders as per the service manual but they seem fine.

Sorry I'm mistaken. I did not test the lift cylinders themselves. Should I test them there or would this sound like a valve problem?

Very different machines but I had this happen on a 743…slight but definite drop before lift. It was the relief valve and pop off valve in the valve spool.
