T190 cooling fan tensioner sheared off

So I was out plowing snow the other day and my old T190 overheated. Turns out the tensioner sheared off. Has this happened to anyone else? Seems like I have to pull the motor to even think about getting that bolt out. Any other solutions? I just use this around the house and it doesn't owe me anything but man this isn't going to be fun!
