MT85 track tensioner is seized

we have an MT85 mini skid that had some rollers break. got the rollers out and am now trying to loosen the track but the tension bolt is seized stuck. we've tried heat from a torch, wax from a crayon, PB Blaster and let it sit for a while, WD-40, and we've tried the longest breaker bar we got, but ended up breaking the breaker bar wondering if anyone has another ways or any better ways of getting that track tensioner unstuck???

You're gonna have to remove the track regardless. With the track off the tensioner will slide all the way out and you can disassemble the tensioner. Chances are that bolt is bent or simply seized, but the pressure is going to have to come off of it. Tracks are about $250-$300 if you can swing that, and simply cut the track off, otherwise you're gonna fight it for a few hours.
