Steering issue

I just got the engine running and I am having trouble with the steering controls. I blocked the machine off the ground and adjusted the neutral centering control. So now the wheels quite spinning so that is good. What is not good is when I push forward on the T stick, the right side drive spins forward and the left side spins backward. When I put it on the ground, it spins in circles unless you twist the T stick. I have also adjusted the steering linkage, but I am not noticing an affect. I know the hydraulic hoses are lined up per the parts manual, so it is not crossed hoses. Help is always appreciated

Is it possible that the arm where the linkage attaches to the got flipped from the top to the bottom (or vice versa) so it is actually going counter to what it should? Just thinking about my 330 without looking at it, I think this could happen. Otherwise, good luck!
