I'm installing a Meyers plow from my truck onto my skid steer. I have two flow control valves mounted and a prince crossover relief valve but not sure which line hooks where. The crossover has A B C D marked on each port. Does anyone know where the male and female auxiliary lines attach on the valve? Thanks for any help!

I put the supply and return lines from the skid in ports "A" and "C". It really doesn't matter if the supply goes in "A" or "C" since the flow reverses with the thumb switch inside the skid. If the movement of the thumb switch winds up to be opposite of what you might prefer, just swap the supply and return. I have mine set so moving the thumb switch to the right, angles the plow to the right and vice-versa. But that's only a preference because I think it's more natural. The opposite will work just as well however. You can see my arrangement here:

Rod, that's a nice set up. The rear view mirrors are a nice touch. How did you mount those?

Hi Ed,
They're generic truck replacement mirrors you get in an automotive parts store. The mounts are made from a couple of pieces of angle iron, a couple of coupling nuts welded to each of those, a piece of 1/2" threaded rod and two jam nuts. The holes in the lift arms were already there, just had to tap threads for the attaching bolts. They work great for backing into tight places where you need to actually see the rear tires.

Thanks Rod. Looks like you put a lot of planning into those rear view mirrors. Looks like I've got another project.

Looks good Rod. Will be putting a pair of mirrors on my 650 as well. Will be mounting my 3 point hitch snowblower on the 650. Do you always run your tire chains on the front?

That picture was taken while I was awaiting delivery of the chains I wanted for the rear. Those were thrown into the skid deal by the dealer.
Here are the chains I use on the rear:

Those are great on ice.
The ones I had on the front are only 4-link ladder chains. I found they provide too much "bounce" for my liking. I didn't use them at all last year since the rear ones have proven to be excellent (but pricey at tirechains.com). I may add V-bar cross chains to them in the future to make up a hybrid 2-link set for the front. That's not a priority though until I find I need more traction than provided by the rear ones.
