Hissing from a relief valve

Bobcat 763 - working one problem at a time here, it's been a journey.
Sitting still I can operate tilt and lift great. When I drive, after a couple seconds. I hear some relief start to hiss. And the tilt and lift get slow to retract. I can't get this hiss to stop until I pop the manual lift release, and it only sometimes works. Appears I'm getting over pressurized and maybe a relief isn't sitting down after opening.
Where can I test the system pressure? The quick couplers and a gauge?
There's so many relief valves....which one is giving me the problem?

Solved. Auxiliary spool spring thrust plates upside down.
