We have MC85C volvo skid steer and was looking for the engine oil change procedure. Was told there is connection for oil drain. Have not been able to find anything in the service manual

It's possible that it has a small hose that is capped off coming from the oil pan. This is fairly common where there is clearance or a skid pan or something that gets in the way of the drain plug.
There are aftermarket kits available, so that might be why it's not discussed on the SM.
