Hello, first post here. I'll be picking up a new to me 1978 Bobcat 722 shortly with a fully rebuilt original Ford 1.6L engine and a chassis with fairly modest total hours.

My intended use is mostly light personal landscaping. I realize the early models are quite crude, analog, and spartan by modern standards. As am I it seems….LOL. I also realize there are more challenges in getting replacement parts for these 45 year old machines.

I'm a wooden boat restorer by trade, so I tend to deal with and prefer vintage equipment.

The Auxiliary flow is a modest 10gpm. That's one area where I would have preferred a bit more power when considering accessory attachments.

Is there much that could be done to increase auxiliary flow at lest a modest amount?

I do realize increased pressure increases strain on the machines existing hoses/fittings/pistons so my expectations are limited.

Thanks in advance,

George

Think not…10 gpm is rated flow. These older machines can't push any better than rated flow, to the best of my knowledge.
