Mustang 552 control lever

Hi all, Has anybody had a control lever ( t-bar ) that is hard to push all the way forward? Slightly forward is ok but if you Want to travel a distance and want to push it right forward to go faster it is quite hard.Arms get tired LOL. Anybody had this? Know a fix? Cheers Corey

i had a couple machines like that. down where the handle is connected was crud built up preventing full movement.
