Hey all me again! Well today i tried to tackle the heater in my S250. Problem is it doesnt blow air hard out of the vents. You can barely feel it coming out. So I pulled the hvac system down, pulled the fan out, and tried to blow the condenser and heater core out with my air compressor. I thought it was better so I put it all back together, tried the fan again and it's worse than when I started! So I think I need to pull the heater core out and condenser and wash them out with water good and blow then out better. Problem is I don't know how to pull them out of the hvac housing. Anybody pull one before? How's it done? Thanks a buch you guys have been super helpful!

Sure your cab filters arn't plugged up? Also is the fan working on all speeds? Otherwise you need to drop the heater box out from the back of the cab. Once you have it laying on the bench, its not that hard to figure out. If you have A/C, you need the system evac before disconnecting A/C lines.

Thanks dan, I forgot to mention in my first post the previous owner took the outside cab filter right off leaving it open to the dirt and crud to come into the heater core and condenser. I was kinda hoping to be able to leave the lines hooked up to the heater core and ac condenser and clean it that way but I may not be able to do that!
