Hello any pointers on how to drain the coolant on a 2005 S220 with Kubota V3300. I looked in manual and may have missed on if there is anywhere on engine to drain the coolant? I plan to drain the coolant add a threaded in block heater and changing over to Durex Antifreeze Heavy Duty from Runnings.

You can drain the coolant through the engine drain plug, and check the manual to find its location, usually on the engine block or the radiator. Specific steps: After the engine has cooled, remove the radiator cap and unscrew the drain plug to let the coolant flow into a pan. Once drained, you can proceed with installing the threaded block heater as planned and refill the system with Durex Heavy Duty Antifreeze. For detailed steps, you can refer to YouTube videos and your manual.

Hi Thanks, I could not find how to drain coolant in Bobcat S220 Service manual (see original post), was able to locate block drain in Kubota V3300 engine manual (found online). There is a bolt on the block near the oil filter and got it all done.
