Gehl 5635 no crank help

I have a 1999 Gehl 5635 skid steer with hand controls. I drove it up to the garage yesterday to do a general look over on it I lifted the cab and had it running with the cab lifted. I then turned it off lowered the cab and called it a night today I went out and tried to start it and it won't crank it trys to and sort of shakes the machine a bit but won't crank. Has anyone ever experienced this? Any ideas or anything to check? It there some sort of wire or something I could have pinched when lowering the cab?
