I just picked up a Cat 303.5 Excavator, and was looking for a Radio that installs using the factory harness. Does anyone know of a radio that will install using the factory harness?

Don't know about CAT, but Bobcat sells excavators with factory harness and speakers, then you buy their radio for big bucks that just slides right in, so I guess a slide-in is sitting on the shelf over at CAT parts, BUT....
If you had your machine on a trailer and stopped by a sound shop and got a guy there to look at your plug, I'd bet he'd have or could make an adapter pigtail for any reasonably-priced radio.
For the price of Bobcats radio, you can get a name-brand AM/FM CD player and buy lunch.

Exactly, The harness and speakers came with the package. the radio did not and is big bucks. I'd rather buy the aftermarket.

I agree with thetool. My local Walmart has a Sony am/fm/cd/mp3 with 4 speakers for $95 USD. All you need to do is look at the harness on your cat and figure out which wires are for the speakers and which is hot, ground, and switched power. Pretty easy wiring.
