My 863 is stalling and not driving attachments. The Lift & Tilt Valve light beeps, then flashes. The code 17 - 06 is coming up. Any clues?

Newby here, as all I have ever done on this girl is lube, change the oil and filters.

She's a good old tractor.

Looks like middle and bottom of the valve block

Test it looks like it should read 10 volts but think it's going to test less
