When I move my JD 325 fore and aft, it makes a rythmic clicking sound on the left side. It does not do it at first but once warm it becomes very obvious. It also feels jerky (not smooth) and seems to match the clicking. What is the problem? Also, does anyone know the best place to get a manual for a 2005 JD325? Would like to have owners and service manual.

It sounds like your chain may be damaged. I'm assuming it has tyres and not tracks? if your chain has a bad link ot could be what you are feeling, same if you have a bad tooth on a sprocket. It could also be a damaged spot in the motor but if it was a motor, the clicking would be at a rapid rate too. The motors turn at a fairly fast rate as they are geared down to the axles.
