Brakes how to release brakes on one side after actuator cylinder is removed

The brakes should be released if the cylinder is removed as far as I know.
You are correct I had to remove drive motor and brake housing to find they were frozen and rusted in Wheel hubs and drive chains allso had to be removed to get brake parts out Thanks for your responce

I had to disconnect my cylinders and bypass the hydraulic lines going to them because they were leaking fluid. I have yet to find the right seals to repair them. Running with no breaks is kind of scary when getting off machine with it running.
