Bobcat t300 lift and tilt issues

Hello all. New here. Had bought a bobcat t300 skidloader awhile back and the lift has been either not working or slightly working if at all. Pedal is super stiff and doesn't want to do anything. Only occasionally. Tilt was working for the most part. Had it to a few different shops including bobcat who proceeded to keep it for 4-5 months and charge 14k with no progress and nothing changed. We pulled the whole control valve out once the lift spool wouldn't slide out. Once we got it out we replaced it as it looked good besides 2-3 very small Knicks. New seals and lift spool installed we then installed everything back. Now after topping fluid and trying to bleed, the lift spool is still the same, and now tilt will only go down and when it does it forces the arms up and it now won't tilt up and it did for the most part before. Also have charge pressure light, low fluid light even topped up, and another light on. Pretty much all three hydraulic lights are on now, and exactly the same boat as before removing control valve. Some have said the control valve itself could be bad but I did go through everything on it and it looked to be in very very good shape. Just stumped as to what could be causing all these issues. Also bobcat had removed and re routed two hydro lines I believe that went to lift arms as they were rusted and leaking but they capped off the back hydro port that connects to the thin red box on the right side of the machine. Any suggestions would be super appreciated.
