Bobcat 553 lift and tilt

New to the forum. Bobcat 553
Having issues with the lift and tilt function causing air in the hydraulic fluid reservoir.
We checked the pressure of the pump and flow and found the pump was weak, replaced the pump now operating strong but still getting air in reservoir only when using the lift and tilt. Can drive all day with no foam but soon as lift and tilt are used it fills the reservoir with air bubbles.

There is an anti-cavitation valve / check valve that may be the culprit.
